One of the key aspects of our specialized Career Assessments is our Job Search assistance.  This process will normally involve: a resume revision, review of your Linked In profile and when possible a Skype webcam interview. Not everyone is aware of the red flags that can be triggered at an interview, so our experts will help you identify if you have any of these triggers and assist you in correcting them.

All career assessments will include one of our Online Profile Assessment reports, which have been created and developed by Psychometrics Canada. These assessment reports, once completed, can assist in clarifying your professional direction and can even be used as an interviewing aid, to further reflect how and why you see yourself as a fit for a certain position. Online completion takes approximately 20-30 minutes for each test.

We wanted to create this portal for companies and employers that did not want to take on the full recruitment agency placement fees, but still wanted to have access to some of the niche services that recruitment agencies can also provide, but at a much lower cost.

As stated on our site – each report also comes with a recruitment summary in which we will review and compare the reporting results with the employee/candidate’s resume and job position that they are applying for. We found this to be very helpful as it gives an extra set of eyes, especially by experienced recruitment professionals, to see if there appears to be a good fit. Keeping in mind of course, we definitely see our assessments as a part of the entire recruitment process and not the only contributing factor.
