Profile & Assessments Overview

Below you will find a brief summary of some of the Assessment and Profile Testing reports that we currently have available. Please keep in mind however that all WPI (Work Personality Index) reports can be applied within all categories.

The WPI is a valid and reliable measure of personality that provides insight into an individual's work performance and task effectiveness. A comprehensive set of WPI reports is available for personal and career development applications. The reports are clear, concise, and easy to interpret.

There are 4 reports in total which include: Select Report, Career Transition Report, Personal Effectiveness Report and Leadership Competency Report. Sample reports can be provided upon request.

  • WPI Leadership Competency Report, 20 pages
    Designed as a tool for professional growth. This report describes key features of an individual’s personal style that influence their approach to tasks, ways of interacting with people, and performance at work. It contains interpretive notes that are useful for increasing leadership effectiveness and highlights the competencies generally associated with each personality trait.
  • ACER Select Series
    The Professional Select is appropriate for candidates applying for positions where the work requires a high level of reasoning ability, or where these qualities will become more important as staff are promoted, eg. graduate recruitment, managerial, or leadership roles.

  • WPI Personal Effectiveness Report, 12 pages
    Designed for personal development, team building, and coaching. It describes an individual's preferences and strengths; and suggests techniques for increasing effectiveness in work settings. The report describes how an individual works with others, approaches tasks, solves problems, manages change, and deals with stress.
  • WPI Select Report, 6 pages
    Designed to guide personnel selection decisions. The report provides a comprehensive assessment of a candidate's typical work behavior. A convenient one-page profile and six pages of narrative report, ensures you receive a thorough description of a candidate's approach work.

  • WPI Career Transition Report, 21 pages
    Provides insight into an individual's personality traits, the kinds of work they enjoy, and how they can manage career change. It describes an individual's work style, their approach to solving problems, managing change, and dealing with stress. The report provides exercises to help people understand their work strengths and develop a plan for changing careers.
  • Stress Profile - Report 10 pages
    The Stress Profile quickly identifies individual characteristics and behaviors related to stress. The Stress Profile measures fifteen personal traits and lifestyle habits that protect against or contribute to stress. The interpretive report includes Health Risk Alerts and Health Resources for the individual assessed. This tool is ideal for routine use in organizations, for EAP programs, stress management, and executive coaching.

  • CVS - Career Values Scale - Report, 18 pages
    An up-to-date measure of work values, preferences and needs. Values are part of a person's core beliefs and give meaning to their career and life. How your clients' values are aligned with their careers has a major impact on their level of job satisfaction. The report includes values clarification exercises and an in-depth analysis of their current career situation.
  • CIP - Career Interest Profiler - Report, 14 pages
    Identify top career choices. Anyone searching for career direction, young or old, will find this tool helpful. The Career Interest Profiler (CIP) measures six traits and suggests 20-40 top careers that fit the test taker's interests. The report includes job descriptions, links to O-Net and NOC databases, as well as, helpful information and exercises for further career exploration.
